From Sales to the installation of my new system, dealing with Bluedrop was phenomenal. Initially, I had Sales Rep Pat come in and assess my current system, while also testing my water as I explained the issues that we were having. He was able to address and answer any and all questions that we had about the process and next steps. We are so happy with our service from Bluedrop! Start to finish we received excellent service. John came to visit our home, presented some options and took many phone calls from us to make us feel well informed with our decision. Plumber Michael completed our installation. He explained everything to us before he got started and reviewed everything before he left. He worked all morning and into the afternoon to get the job done. I especially appreciated that he was attentive to keeping our basement door closed each time he had to go up and down because we have a young toddler. Safety is very much a priority with Bluedrop, between the education from John and the attention to detail with Michael. We are very grateful!

Bluedrop professionalism and expertise is exceptional. Jamie visited me right away, tested my water, gave me a report regarding its hardness and chlorine content, and provided me with a quote while explaining the benefits. Michael was my plumber who installed my system. It took him 3 hours to complete the installation. I was more than satisfied with the work that was done and my wife and I look forward to a safer softer showers, less stress on our clothes and dish washers, hot water heater, and sink disposal appliances thus improving their lives, our clothes and our lives. Alden was fantastic . He was professional, thorough, and pleasant. We went over the project before he started which was great. He took the time to discuss where the softener and uv would be located to confirm it was a good location for us. After completion, Alden went through the system with us explaining in detail everything we should know. This project was an excellent experience from the sales to the installation. From the beginning with our water test by Patrick, to the end with the installation of the filter system by Alden, it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Alden did an excellent job, making a difficult installation look exceptionally professional when finished. He paid close attention to detail and we are very happy with the final look and operation of our new water filter installation. Even though we are on city water, it has its issues as pointed out after the water test. With all of the forever chemicals and other contamination showing up in drinking water, we feel better now knowing that the water we are drinking and using for cooking and showering is as safe as it could possibly be.
