We just had our new water softener and reverse osmosis system installed by Alden at Bluedrop. If the system works as amazing as the service then we should have no problems. We appreciate how polite, informative and extremely tolerant of our 110lb dog that Alden was. The system was easy to understand and he walked us through each step needed to be completed to keep the system going. Excited to have good drinking water here in Randolph. So far I am very impressed with this company. The communication is excellent by the sales team. The plumber named Chris who just installed our system was able to connect my osmosis system to the refrigerator for my ice. I was told that might not be possible so I am thrilled that he could do this.

We had a Bluedrop water filtration system installed at our new office. Paul Correia did out installation and was fantastic. He was very professional and courteous. The installation was quick and before leaving he took the time to explain how the system works and make sure we didn't have any questions. I would highly recommend this company!.

Alden and Taylor were phenomenal. Alden’s understanding of the system was evident in his confidence and ability to answer any question we had. They worked well as a team and were respectful to my husband and I while we worked from home, trying their best to keep noise levels at a minimum. Bluedrop Water has been fantastic from my very first call to them. We transitioned from a different company where we were having many customer service issues, and what a world of difference. Zac who took my initial call was so friendly, helpful, informative and made me feel heard and supported as we discussed our business needs. He personally came out to our new office to assess the situation and discuss their services with me. We quickly received a quote, got everything signed and had our new system installed within a few days. Paul performed our installation and went above and beyond to answer questions, explain everything, make our setup functional and good-looking, and even waited around to make sure the water was clean and delicious and had fully ran through all of the new systems. Bluedrop Water is local to the Boston area and always on call if we end up needing service, which again, a world of difference from our previous vendor. Couldn't be happier to be a new customer! Highly recommend.

Excellent install, Sam did my install and was pleasant, courteous, professional and quick! He was able to work around a small challenge (That could’ve been a lot bigger), and talk to me through every step of the way. Would highly recommend blue drop service, Not only for their quick and easy, professional install, but also for their easy to understand quotes and information on filtering water (Most of the other companies, I got quotes from at very complicated Data rich quotes, And you have to get your own Plumber… Blow drop does all the work themselves!).

I recently had a Bluedrop filtration system installed. Roger (and another plumber which I can’t remember his name) did an outstanding job! They were extremely professional and displayed their level of expertise in this area. I was highly impressed with the work they completed. They took an old system out and put the new system back against a wall so it takes up less space and looks neat. They explained everything to us about the system and answered all our questions! I highly recommend this company!
