Excellent install, Sam did my install and was pleasant, courteous, professional and quick! He was able to work around a small challenge (That could’ve been a lot bigger), and talk to me through every step of the way. Would highly recommend blue drop service, Not only for their quick and easy, professional install, but also for their easy to understand quotes and information on filtering water (Most of the other companies, I got quotes from at very complicated Data rich quotes, And you have to get your own Plumber… Blow drop does all the work themselves!).

I recently had a Bluedrop filtration system installed. Roger (and another plumber which I can’t remember his name) did an outstanding job! They were extremely professional and displayed their level of expertise in this area. I was highly impressed with the work they completed. They took an old system out and put the new system back against a wall so it takes up less space and looks neat. They explained everything to us about the system and answered all our questions! I highly recommend this company!

Alden and Taylor did our install. They were absolutely fantastic. They left my home the way they found it, nice and clean. From the Sales person Patrick to the install. I would only recommend Bluedrop for your water needs. All the employees were very informative and I feel much safer with my water now.

From Sales to the installation of my new system, dealing with Bluedrop was phenomenal. Initially, I had Sales Rep Pat come in and assess my current system, while also testing my water as I explained the issues that we were having. He was able to address and answer any and all questions that we had about the process and next steps. We are so happy with our service from Bluedrop! Start to finish we received excellent service. John came to visit our home, presented some options and took many phone calls from us to make us feel well informed with our decision. Plumber Michael completed our installation. He explained everything to us before he got started and reviewed everything before he left. He worked all morning and into the afternoon to get the job done. I especially appreciated that he was attentive to keeping our basement door closed each time he had to go up and down because we have a young toddler. Safety is very much a priority with Bluedrop, between the education from John and the attention to detail with Michael. We are very grateful!
