His attention to detail with the fittings was outstanding—everything was installed perfectly and efficiently. Alden work quality truly stands out, and he left the area spotless after he was done. He also took the time to answer all of my questions, patiently explaining the maintenance and care required for the system to run optimally. First time using Bluedrop, pricing was very reasonable. Chuck Capone the salesman who came to my house to show me the system was one of the nicest people you will ever meet. The plumber that did the installation was very efficient and got the job done in half the time I was told. The plumber even fixed some pipe clamps that broke that had held up my hot water piping. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.
