First served in the 1860s, the Americano was born in a bar in Milan, Italy. Originally named “Milan-Torino”, the cocktail was renamed to its current-day name Americano sometime during the 20th century. This basic recipe consists of a cup of sparkling water, and a quarter cup of Campari and Vermouth topped with ice.
Recipe:
1 cup Bluedrop sparkling water
1/4 cup Campari
1/4 cup Vermouth

Tom Collins
This cocktail was originally made in 1867, and consists of ¾ cup of lemon juice, ¼ cup of Old Tom gin with ice, one tablespoon of simple syrup, all with sparkling water with ice, and a lemon wedge.
Recipe:
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Old Tom gin w/ ice
1 tbsp simple syrup

Mojito
Born in Havana Cuba, the mojito is a classic cocktail that has been made for years. For this recipe you will need, 2 ounces of white rum, the juice of 1/2 a medium lime, 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of simple syrup, 5 mint leaves, and Bluedrop sparkling water to top it off!

2 ounces white rum

Gin Rickey
