He took the time to discuss where the softener and uv would be located to confirm it was a good location for us. From the beginning with our water test by Patrick, to the end with the installation of the filter system by Alden, it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Alden did an excellent job, making a difficult installation look exceptionally professional when finished. He paid close attention to detail and we are very happy with the final look and operation of our new water filter installation. Even though we are on city water, it has its issues as pointed out after the water test. With all of the forever chemicals and other contamination showing up in drinking water, we feel better now knowing that the water we are drinking and using for cooking and showering is as safe as it could possibly be.
